How do I add customers?

You can sync with QuickBooks online, download using a CSV file, or add them in one at a time with the Add Customer feature.

How do I add another pool technician?

Using the dashboard, select “Add Technician” and click to send automatic email invites.

How do I get my customers to use the pool service app?

It’s easy! We provide you with an email you can send right from the program that includes a link to the app store, enabling them to easily download the app and sign up.

How long does it take to set up?

Set up is super easy and intuitive with our set up Wizard. Our team works with you directly during a Set Up and Orientation Session to get you on your way. This can take 30 mins or more. Do I need to download pool service software?

No, PoolPro Valet is a cloud-based program you simply log into, like you would with Facebook. The mobile apps for your technicians and customers are available on Apple Store and Google Play.

Can the Service Company owner/manager view the data in real time?

The Service Company owner/manager will be able to track each field tech with built-in real-time GPS. Also, notes and service data are automatically transmitted to the company dashboard immediately when the technician checks out of the job location. Likewise, when a customer makes a service request from their app, it shows up on the company owner/manager dashboard immediately for scheduling and dispatching.

Does the technician mobile app allow them to input data while on the job?

Absolutely, this is where you toss the pen and paper! The technician can input all service data, test results, chemical usage, and even include photos.

Can customers leave a tip for my technicians?

Yes! Your customer can leave a tip via the customer mobile app after any service.

Can they rate the service?

Yes! After each service, the customer has the option to rate the service 1 to 5 stars right on the mobile app on their phone.

Do you offer an autopay option to my customers?

Yes! There is an autopay feature built into the customer mobile app. Customers also have the option to review and pay after services have been completed, along with the ability to rate the technician and leave a tip.

Can I see the progress of my technicians in real-time?

The technician mobile app has a built-in GPS feature that lets you track your team members in real-time on the Google Maps platform. You also get direct reporting during the job and upon completion, including notes and photos.

Do you offer support to help me get set up?

PoolPro Valet offers you a 1 on 1 Set Up & Orientation Session to get you going successfully! We also provide videos, instructions, and live support to help you get started.

Is there a charge for the customer mobile app or a fee for them to use it?
